Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to confirm design requirements, research potential ergonomic, anthropometric and proxemic considerations for a design and apply findings to the design process. This unit applies to individuals working in a manufacturing or design studio environment who use specialised knowledge and critical thinking to evaluate and use diverse and potentially complex information. No licensing or certification requirements exist at the time of publication. Relevant legislation, industry standards and codes of practice within Australia must be applied. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Skills must have been demonstrated in the workplace or in a simulated environment that reflects workplace conditions and contingencies.
